Desire Home was founded by Gasper Dharmaraj a veteran in the Detox and After Care world with an experience of 20+ years since 1990. His experience spans over programs with various National & International institutions and Governing Bodies like WHO, United Nations Office of Drugs and Crime (UNODC, (UNAIDS), Govt. of India, NACO, DFID, SHARAN, Hopers Foundation, Sahai Trust etc. It is this experience and passion that he brings Forth to create "Desire Home".
